PRIMARY CURING

• 3 days before harvesting • Cutting the green leaves / edges of the sweet potatoes and keeping them in the field for 3 days • Natural curing happen and then sweet potatoes are collected and sent to the storage facility of secondary curing

  • Curing was done on 10.08 

  • Exposed to 28 ceklsius degree & 91% humidity for 6 days

  • NHV system : pressuring the ventilation air horizontally past the pallets

  • Ensured that the outer layer of sweet potatoes is stronger and maximize the quality  

WASHING & DISINFECTING

  • • Washing: We started washing

    This step starts after

    finishing the curing, using hard / soft brushes to remove muds

    • Disinfecting: ECANA Concentrate, an all-natural, 100% biodegradable and environment-friendly.

DRYING

  • Air knife system is used to

    dry the sweet potatoes

  • Colecting dried sweet

    potatoes in a plastic box (20kg)

  • Keeping the plastic box

    (20kg) in a dry / ventilated

    place for 1-2 to ensure that

    sweet potatoes are 100%

    dried from inside & outside
