📦 1) Corrugated Cardboard Banana Boxes
Standard export carton boxes made of strong kraft
board, with ventilation holes — used to pack
bunches of bananas safely before palletizing. These
boxes are often 13–18 kg/net each for export
markets.

🛡️ 2) Carton Liner Bags (Banana Carton Liners)
These are PE perforated liner bags placed inside
the banana box to protect the fruit from dirt, help
regulate humidity, and allow controlled
air/ethylene gas movement during transit.

3) Palletized Stacks
After boxes are packed and lined, they are stacked on
pallets for handling, storage, and loading into refrigerated
containers
Export pallets often contain
48–54 banana boxes per pallet depending on stacking
configuration.
